It was good experience as part of ITIL program at IEVISION. However program is short & crispy, it covers all Processes required for ITIL Foundation level. IEVISION explained each processes in lucid manner by demonstrating example so ITIL concepts fits in the mind, rather than remembering it for exam point of you. Overall it was good energetic experience.
