It has been a great experience of receiving highly conceptual training session on IT. The trainer Mr. Mahesh Pandey had tried to delivered all the session by using lot of practical experiences and tactical tools which was very effective. I think it will enrich the participant knowledge of understanding regarding ITIL Service Strategy and open the door of wisdom to shape each individual to become more confident to proper IT practice.
